Paris, 1942: The book of poetry "Poésie et verité" by Paul Éluard was published. The most known is the poem "Liberté" that ends wit verses:

"Je suis né pour te connaître 
Pour te nommer 
LIBERTE"

(I was born to know you 
To give you your name 
Freedom.)
